Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. If you have booked the late check-out, you can check out until 1 pm.
Scusa - both hotels do not have their own parking spaces, but in the immediate vicinity there are parking garages where you can leave your car for a fee. Ask at the reception for tips and check the download documents for directions!

From aletto Hotel Kudamm it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to the ICC exhibition center. By public transport it takes about 15 minutes. If you use public transport from aletto Potsdamer Platz, it will take you about 20 minutes - by taxi about 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces for buses and therefore cannot guarantee parking. However, at aletto Hotel Kudamm there is the possibility to park buses on Hardenbergstraße and at Hardenbergplatz, subject to availability. For further information, please contact our reception. It is best to call in advance and ask.
About two weeks before you arrive we will inform you about the room allocation, so you will be informed early enough. Please understand that the planned allocation can change due to short-term and unforeseeable incidents. But don't worry: Even then we will find a solution that everyone will be happy with!
Our balanced all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Grab another coffee from “We Proudly Serve Starbucks (R)” and you're in for the right start to the day. Buon appetito!
Lunch and dinner can be booked for organizational reasons only for groups of 25 people or more - scusa. In such a case, please order the meals at least 14 days in advance and inform us about special preparations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal) one week before arrival. Our packed lunches, which can be booked on request, will provide you with enough energy during your city trip. At aletto Potsdamer Platz our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays and serves Italian classics like pizza, pasta & antipasti.
There is no “a la carte restaurant” at aletto Hotel Kudamm, but you have the opportunity to attend group dinners. If you want to have dinner, you can arrange this with the front desk. At aletto Potsdamer Platz, our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays.

Our catering ranges from small snacks to cold dishes such as sandwiches and hot dishes. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list of all dishes and drinks on request. Feel free to write an email to events@aletto.de.

Complete catering by acucina is "no problemo" when you make arrangements in advance.
The lunch package consists of two sandwiches, a piece of fruit, a candy bar, and a drink - the perfect snack for in between!
We kindly ask you to discuss all points regarding additional catering with us no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
Dinner is available for guests between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. You are welcome to let us know your preferred times in advance.

The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).
High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms and in all public areas - free of charge, of course.
Who can say no to Bambini...? If you book as a family, you will get one of the discounted family rooms at the daily rate.

Yes, there are outdoor areas. On our beautiful roof terrace or in the beautiful hotel garden you can enjoy all food and drinks in the fresh air.
We are happy to pack up anything left over for you at home. Throwing it away would be much too bad!
Si! We won't send you to sleep without bedding. The same goes for towels in the single and double rooms. In the multi-bed rooms you should bring your own towels, but you can also rent them for 4,00€ per set.

aletto is barrier-free — bravo! “Travel for all” has successfully tested and certified us for accessibility. In addition to general accessibility, several rooms have been designed barrier-free. Our aletto hotels are non-smoking hotels - scusa! However, in the outdoor areas (gardens, terraces, roof terraces) you will find ashtrays and are allowed to smoke.
We at aletto love animals and generally your little companions are welcome to come along. Please note, however, that pets must be registered in advance and may be refused in certain cases. A fee of EUR 15 will also be added to your accommodation costs for extra cleaning.
From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there is a night silence and we ask you to respect this out of consideration for other travelers. In the bar and lounge area, of course, you can still stay around the clock and talk to others.
No problemo! Our hotels are open 24 hours a day and the reception area is always staffed. Your key cards for the rooms allow you to re-enter the hotels at any time.
Since 01.01.2014, Berlin has had a city tax of 5% on the accommodation price. Business travelers are excluded from this tax. The same applies to school and class trips that are approved by the school management and comply with the implementing regulations of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Science on school events (proof from the school is required for this). Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.
Yes, the accommodation costs can be paid for with a valid company credit card or an advance transfer by your company in good time.
We will usually send you the invoice by mail. You then have two weeks to transfer the amount.

The functional multi-lane system in the hotel allows flexible design options. Since the rails are electrified, lighting, for example, can be installed in addition to shelves and clothes rails. With the additional option of combining several spaces, there is (almost) no limit to your creativity.
